Where ever I go across the world for medical checkup or get hospitalized in a five or seven star hospital, if I get good hospitality and care from professional and trained doctors and nurses in the premises, I may feel that half of my money is being earned back. These trained and professional doctors and nurses form the backbone of any hospitals to back its own reputation and goodwill no matter how big or small it may be. If I suddenly discover that I am being assigned the job of physician recruitment for any prestigious hospital in my town, I may find that the job difficult as I have being assigned off is the toughest job of its kind. Induction of new and fresh doctors and nurses or providing Physician jobs is not an easy nut to crack. Well, there are some steps which might make the entire process of physician recruitment slightly easier and comfortable towards my own benefits, for e.g. I may put an advertisement on my daily newspaper about the availability of physician jobs in my hospital and the minimal qualifications required meeting the criterion. This process of physician recruitment will allow me to get calls from all those qualified physicians to call me who would meet the above stated criterion for Physician jobs and would apply for the same. Also, those qualified physicians who want a change in them professional carrier would also approach I.

Hopefully there are few instructions given below which will help me to advertise for the Physician jobs. Some of these are as follows:

Firstly, as a physician recruiter I should make sure that the advertisement slot which I select for advertisement of physician jobs ad is being published in the respective newspaper. Now, I have to decide about the open position whether I need these qualified physicians to posses a qualified M.D. qualification along with a valid license or not. Every physician recruiter goes for recruiting MD qualified doctors with a valid licensing, so do I. Now, my next criterion would be whether I would afford to give a chance to fresher or do I need professional doctors? My final statement about the Physician jobs would be after going through the detailed qualifications about the overall experience of these qualified physician and working experience in any particular medical area or specialization;

Secondly, in the newspaper advertisement where I want to post the ad for physician jobs, all the necessary details about the hospital and the contact person details should be mentioned in details. When these qualified physicians would see the advertisement and apply for the post, they may get to the right man for gathering the detailed information’s about the post. As a physician recruiter, if I am handling the whole scenario, my own personal contact number along with my name and my hospital name would be published;

Thirdly, my own practice department’s description should be mentioned in the advertisement. Also, I should also make sure that I don’t forget to mention of surrounding atmosphere and also the total working hours devoted in Physician jobs. The clause of adding details about working staffs and other community members is optional in the ad, although if felt can be added;

Fourthly, I should look to make direct coordination with training programmer and also discuss about the training programs available. The coordinator would be supplied with a copy of the Physician jobs ads and would also be explained about the type of candidates required;

Fifthly, I would also try to advertise about the entire physician recruitment process on the walls of my job-listing website. Aspiring doctors looking for Physician jobs are always in a hunt for such job- listing websites;

Finally, my local Medical Society should be taken into confidence and also be made aware about the whole physician recruitment process. If the Medical

Society has their own website too; I would look to post the ad about the Physician jobs at their website and their regular print journals (if any) too.
